APG, a prominent asset management firm, was looking for a new office space in Hong Kong as its APAC headquarters. With this project, they had three goals in mind: obtaining more space, creating a sustainable office, and facilitating an environment that would inspire and engage employees.
Chosen by APG as their partner to build this purpose-driven office, JLL collaborated closely with the client to create a space that caters to all sorts of work styles. The new workplace includes areas designed not only for private discussions and quiet contemplations, but also for engaging debates and collaborations. Keeping hybrid working in mind, meeting rooms and workstations are equipped with the latest conferencing technologies to provide staff maximum flexibility.
Sustainability is also a non-negotiable priority for APG. To achieve industry-leading green building certifications, the new office contains an extensive slate of equipment aimed at boosting wellness. This includes air monitors to regulate temperature, humidity, and air pollutant levels, as well as an air filtration system. To enhance staff's mental and physical health, APG has also dedicated spaces for a fully equipped gym and a common area filled with leisure facilities.
The new office at Three Pacific Place, Admiralty has since become a testament to APG's commitment to their employees and sustainability. The resulting space provides an exceptional working experience, fostering productivity, creativity, and enjoyment.
