The momentum of serviced apartment market in Hong Kong is picking up pace this year. Look for vacancies to fall, and rents to rise. The second quarter is almost always the busiest for the rental market, and we expect that to be true in 2010. From now through 2010, supply for large and luxury residential units will remain tight in Hong Kong.
