Working under the supervision of a coach, you will learn how to deliver quality advice, providing quality solutions to owners, occupiers and investors locally, regionally and globally. Your career will include an interactive induction and orientation, learning the basics on-the-job and assignments, training with the top industry professionals and being part of actual service delivery for a prestigious client base.

You will be placed in one of the following deparments: Property Management, Office Agency / Tenant Representation, Research, Retail, Capital Markets or Valuation Advisory Services.

Your general responsibilities include:

• Supporting the directors in business pitches, preparing proposals, presentations, management reports and implementing services
• Organising/Conducting site inspections

For each business line, your responsibilities include:

• Property Management
  Providing range of property services to build on existing client relationships and to secure new business and support organic growth
• Research
  Data collection for economic and property trends and focused research on an ad hoc basis
• Capital Makets, Office Agency/Tenant Representation and Retail
  Canvass and develop new clients for the firm, complete assigned sales and leasing transactions from start to finish in an efficient and professional manner, collect and analise data to secure major transactions
• Valuation Advisory Services
  Providing analysis and interpretation of market information and property valuations

What we want in our graduate trainees

• We are looking for fresh graduates in Real Estate*, Property Management, Surveying*, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or MBA degree with up to two year of working experience.
